Got an invite to try a new multimedia mashup tool called Zeega, so thought I’d try to take a crack at telling the tale of Open Ed 2012 using this new tool. Warning: the tool is a self-declared Alpha, so don’t be surprised if you see some funky behaviour. Still, hopefully an interesting experiment:

You should have received an email about this (which also included the attendees list from the conference) but if by chance your spam filter is working overtime, or maybe you just forgot, we’d REALLY appreciate if you’d take a few moments to fill in the post-conference survey. It will really help future organizers learn what worked and what didn’t and help keep making Open Ed the best conference we can.

This is our seventh (and last) daily prompt for attendees to share things that represent their Open Education 2012 experience. This was available on a special little device we call the OpenEd Treasure Box – a local sharing environment that will be on premises next week in Vancouver.

We collected an interesting set of media, but want to cast the call once more for contributions, now that you have left the conference, but before the experience starts to dissipate (not that we expect it will…).

By the end fo this week, we will be posting the content of the box back online so you can have a chance to explore, and maybe make something of the media we collected.
